  • Will ensure that all keys are issued / returned as per the key control instructions at the unit and that all documents required under procedure are maintained.

  • Will monitor the movement of visitors, vendors, contract and casual workers within and outside the premises and be alert to any unusual / suspicious behavior.
  • He will ensure that all fire-fighting equipment held on the premises is serviceable and report any unserviceability or deficiency to his superior security officer / executive or in their absence to the concerned manager.
